30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a Ment Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Ment orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email used at checkout, and request a refund; or
• Contact us through the in-app support menu and we'll forward the request.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in the app. After cancellation, you'll keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again.
